Holder of an Ontario B License, Dom comes to the Fury after serving as a Staff Coach and Assistant Coach with the EODSA District Program.During his time with the District Program, 16 players were identified by the OSA, with four eventually making the Provincial Program, 2 serving as Provincial Team Captains, and 1 appearing for Canada.Recently, Dom has helped numerous players go on to play for NCAA and CIS schools, as well as aiding in the development of 3 Fury Youth players who have since appeared for their country’s National Teams.
In 2009, Dom was the Assistant Coach for the Ottawa Fury’s W-League team for the fourth consecutive season.He helped lead the W-League team to a Great Lakes Division Title, a Central Conference Championship, and a W-League Semi-Finals appearance.Dom also led the Ottawa Fury U17 Girls to a SYL North American Finals appearance.
In 2008, Dom was the Assistant Coach for the Ottawa Fury’s W-League team for his third season. He helped lead the W-League team to a Northern Division Title and to the Central Conference Finals. Dom also led the Ottawa Fury U16 Girls to a US National Cup Region 1 Championship and a US National Cup Finals appearance. The U16 Girls also qualified for the SYL North American Finals where they reached the semi-finals of the National tournament.
In 2007, Dom led the Ottawa Fury U17 Girls to their second consecutive New England Division Title, an undefeated season, and to a Super Y League Finals appearance.Dom was also the assistant coach to the Ottawa Fury W-League team, which finished the 2007 W-League season undefeated, won the Northern Division Title, and reached the Eastern Conference Finals.Dom also represented the Ottawa Fury and Canada at the 2007 Super Y League Olympic Development Program National Camp as a Staff Coach.
In 2006, Dom led the Ottawa Fury U16 Girls to the New England Division Title and to a Super Y League Finals appearance. Dom was named the 2006 Ottawa Fury Coach of the Year and was also the assistant coach to the Ottawa Fury W-League team, who were Northern Division Champions, Eastern Conference Champions, and W-League finalists.

In 2004, Dom led the Ottawa Fury U15 Girls to a US National Cup Region A Championship, and to a US National Cup Finals appearance in which they finished 3rd.
At the club level, Dom was the Assistant Coach of the Nepean Hotspurs Lightning, which reached the semi-finals of the Ontario Indoor Cup, the quarter-finals of the Ontario Cup, participated in the Ontario Summer Games, and finished the 2001 ERSL season without a loss in league play.
