With the 2009 SYL North American Finals having come and gone, the USL has begun releasing All-Tournament honours for each participating age group in this year's edition of the competition. In addition to making the semi-finals of this prestigious tournament, the Ottawa Fury had two players named to the class of U14's for 2009.

With the USL Super-Y League Finals Tournament just over a month away, the Fury are preparing to send five teams to vie for a national championship. The U14 Boys were the final team of the five to earn a berth in the Finals, clinching their ticket with crucial end-of-the-season wins against JBS FC (1-0) and the New Hampshire Phantoms (11-2).

Kody Kazda Wins MVP
Kazda named 2009 U14 Boys MVP 
It's been a season to remember thus far for the U14 boys - who finished the year with a 8-3-2 record good for a berth in the SYL North American Finals this coming November. The squad also captured first place at the annual FC Delco Players Cup Championship.
