Nic is currently in his third year with the Ottawa Fury having joined the Club in the  2006-07 season as an assisstant coach with the U14 girls squad.  Following that, in 2007-08, he was promoted as the head coach of the U12G Academy team in addition to coaching at the Fury's School of Excellence Program.

Previously, Nic had coached boys teams in Cumberland and with the Ottawa Internationals. Nic has also spent time as an assisstant coach at La Cite Collégiale with the men's program for the past three seasons. He has recently accepted the position of head coach of La Cité Collégiale's women's soccer program for the 2009 college season.

Nic has played competitive soccer in the Ottawa area for many years, mainly in Cumberland, but also with the now defunct Europro Soccer Academy.

In 2008-09, Nic's looking to continue the development work that the girls have undertaken in previous seasons by coaching the U13G team.
